At BodyRockersPH, we take great care in checking and packing our products. Due to the nature of perfumes, fragrances, cosmetics, and personal care items, we only accept returns or refund requests for valid concerns such as:
- wrong item received
- damaged item upon delivery
- incomplete order
- item with verified defect
To request a return or refund, customers must notify us within 24 hours upon receiving the order and provide clear photo or video proof, including the product, packaging, and order details.
For hygiene, safety, and product authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- change of mind
- opened or used items
- scent preference or personal dislike
- items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
If your request is approved:
- only the affected item will be eligible if multiple items were ordered
- the item must be returned within 3 days
- the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
- return shipping cost must be paid by the customer
- refund covers the product amount only and does not include shipping fees
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange the appropriate replacement, refund, or resolution based on the concern.
BodyRockersPH reserves the right to reject claims that are false, incomplete, or unsupported by proof.
