Delivery Options

Same-Day Delivery within Metro Manila

We offer same-day delivery via Grab / Lalamove for select areas within Metro Manila, subject to order confirmation, rider availability, and cut-off time. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is also available for eligible orders within select Metro Manila areas.

Please note that Grab / Lalamove delivery fees may be shouldered by the customer, unless otherwise advised during checkout or order confirmation.

Standard Delivery

For regular shipping, we use trusted courier partners such as LBC and J&T Express.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Manila: approximately 2–3 business days
  • Outside Metro Manila / Provincial areas: approximately 3–7 business days, depending on destination and courier serviceability. J&T Express says deliveries are generally completed within 1–3 days depending on location, while LBC’s published lead times from NCR commonly range from 1 day within NCR, 1–2 days to Luzon, 2–5 days to Visayas, and 3–6 days to Mindanao, excluding Sundays and holidays.
Important Notes
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, courier delays, or remote-area coverage.
  • Orders are processed only after confirmation.
  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details to avoid delays.
  • Once the order has been endorsed to the courier, delivery timing will depend on the logistics provider.
Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • GCash
  • Visa / Mastercard
  • Online Bank Transfer
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) for eligible areas

For online payments, we partner with PayMongo, a Philippine payment platform that supports multiple payment methods through a single checkout, including GCash, Visa, Mastercard, and online banking options. PayMongo also states that its platform is BSP-regulated and PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, which helps support secure online transactions.

Online payment availability may depend on system availability, account verification status, or payment confirmation at the time of checkout.
